CTDMM MioS — including the Mika Operating System, the CTDMM Codex, the Sauoaiga lineage layer, all engines, protocols, spheres, and mythic-technical vocabulary — is the intellectual property of Sauoaiga Benjamin Malatai, Owner & Founder of CTDMM (ABN 87 935 788 011). All rights reserved.

Your licence to use MioS

Subject to the Terms of Service, CTDMM grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use MioS for lawful purposes.

Your content

You own everything you create inside MioS. You grant CTDMM only the limited rights needed to store, process, and display your content back to you (and to the members of any Circle you place it in).

What you may not do

• Copy, resell, sublicense, or white-label MioS, the Codex, or CTDMM branding.
• Reverse-engineer the platform or scrape it at scale.
• Use CTDMM names, marks, or lineage concepts (Cortana, Centurion, Sauoaiga, Aiga, Mana, Tofi, Va, etc.) to imply endorsement without written permission.

Third-party components

MioS is built with open-source software (React, TanStack Start, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, and others) each under its own licence, and runs on the Lovable platform. Their licences apply to their respective components.
