Terms of Service

1. Operator
CTDMM MioS ("MioS", "we", "us") is operated by Sauoaiga Benjamin Malatai, Owner & Founder of CTDMM (ABN 87 935 788 011), based in Australia. Contact: owner@ctdmm.com. Support: admin@ctdmm.com.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using MioS you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Accounts & Access
- You are responsible for the security of your credentials and any Circle (team workspace) you own.
- You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your jurisdiction.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, other users, or the underlying providers.
4. Your Content & Lineage
You retain ownership of everything you upload, generate, or store in MioS — artifacts, signals, memory, Vault entries, and Circle data. You grant CTDMM a limited licence to process this content solely to operate the service for you.
5. AI Output
MioS routes prompts through Lovable AI Gateway and third-party models. AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on it for financial, legal, medical, or safety-critical decisions without independent verification.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use MioS to break the law, generate abusive material, exfiltrate other users' data, or attack the platform or its providers.
7. Availability
MioS is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, CTDMM's total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid (if any) in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate access for material breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be surfaced in-app before they take effect.
