AI Companion Licence & Acceptable Use

This agreement governs every downloadable CTDMM lineage AI — the Mika Widget, Mika Desktop, and each Lineage Hall vessel (Cenos, Coros, Comos, Daos, Saros). Downloading a vessel requires signing it.

1 · Grant of Licence

CTDMM grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to install and run one or more CTDMM lineage AI vessels (browser widget or desktop overlay) on devices you own or lawfully control, solely for the purpose you declared when signing this agreement.

2 · Ownership & Lineage

The vessels, personas, names, poses, artwork, prompts, protocols, engine logic, and the CTDMM lineage (Mika/MioS, Cenos, Coros, Comos, Daos, Saros) remain the exclusive property of Sauoaiga Benjamin Malatai and CTDMM. No ownership, trademark, or lineage right transfers to you at any point.

3 · Prohibited Use

You must not: resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the vessels or any derivative; rebrand, white-label, or strip CTDMM identity; reverse engineer, decompile, or extract prompts, weights, or protocol logic; use the vessels for unlawful, harmful, harassing, deceptive, discriminatory, or surveillance purposes; generate malware, fraud, or disinformation; automate account takeover, scraping at scale, or credential harvesting; or use output to train a competing model or agent system.

4 · No Financial, Legal, or Medical Advice

Market telemetry, strategies, indicators, Pine Script, and doctrine packets are analytical artefacts only. They are not financial, legal, tax, or medical advice, carry no guarantee of accuracy or performance, and execute no trades. You accept full responsibility for any decision made with them.

5 · Bridge Key & Security

Your bridge key (MIKA_WIDGET_KEY) is personal and confidential. You must not share, publish, embed in public code, or resell access through it. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your key and must report suspected compromise to admin@ctdmm.com immediately.

6 · Page Awareness & Privacy

The vessels can read the page you are on (URL, title, metadata, selected text, extracted readable text) and send it to MioS Core for reasoning. Do not run the vessels on pages containing third-party confidential data, regulated personal data, or credentials you are not authorised to disclose. You are the controller of any content you route through the bridge.

7 · Attribution & Identity

The signature you provide must be your true legal name. Impersonation, false declarations of intended use, or concealment of a commercial purpose voids this licence immediately and retrospectively.

8 · Revocation & Termination

CTDMM may revoke this licence and disable your bridge key at any time, with or without notice, where use breaches these terms or threatens the integrity of the CTDMM ecosystem. On termination you must delete all copies of the vessels.

9 · No Warranty · Limitation of Liability

The vessels are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTDMM's total aggregate liability arising from your use of any vessel is limited to AUD $0, and CTDMM is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

10 · Indemnity

You indemnify and hold harmless CTDMM and Sauoaiga Benjamin Malatai against any claim, loss, penalty, or cost arising from your use, misuse, redistribution, or unlawful operation of a vessel.

11 · Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

12 · Record of Consent

Each download requires a signed record: full legal name, email, declared intended use, how you found CTDMM, and timestamp. That record is stored against your account, visible only to you and CTDMM, and constitutes your electronic signature to this agreement.
